Refund policy

Upon receipt of payment for your order, we will begin working on your product(s). Payments are made through this Shopify site. All sales are final.

Your item is especially made for you. Work on your order will not begin until payment is received in full. We do not offer cancellations, exchanges or refunds unless we have made an error. Please know that we cannot guarantee the same size/style for glass cups if orders are placed at different times.

Your item is handmade. Every attempt will be made to create your custom order flawlessly. Slight imperfections or rouge glitter flakes are part of their beauty. Please treat it gently. If dropped, it may crack, chip, or suffer permenant damage and you would be financially responsible for any repairs or replacement.

Please note that we brand each tumbler and glass base. They are not dishwasher or microwave safe and should not be soaked in water or left for long periods of time in hot cars. They are to be handwashed only.

Creation along with shipment and processing time is 2-4 weeks once your order is received.
